Consent to advertising and informational messages
The terms of the voluntary consent to receive advertising and informational messages (mailings). This is an unofficial translation provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

This consent is given separately from the consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of handling a request, and it is not required in order to send a request or receive services. Ticking the box for this consent is voluntary.
An individual (hereinafter — the Subject), by ticking the corresponding box on the website маркетинговое-агентство.online, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives consent to the Operator:

on the following terms.
1. The Subject consents to receiving the Operator's advertising, informational and service messages, and to the processing of their personal data (name, phone number, e-mail address) for the purposes of promoting the Operator's services and sending offers and informational materials.
2. Legal grounds:
- Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 "On Advertising" — advertising may be distributed over telecommunications networks only with the prior consent of the subscriber or addressee;
- Part 1 of Article 15 of 152-FZ — personal data may be processed for the purpose of promoting goods, works and services only with the prior consent of the subject.
3. Messages may be sent through the following channels: phone calls; SMS messages; e-mail. Phone calls are made by a person only: advertising is not distributed using automatic dialing or automatic mailing systems (Part 2 of Article 18 of 38-FZ). Messages may be sent through messengers only after this Consent and the Policy have been updated and, where services located outside the Russian Federation are used, only after Roskomnadzor has been notified of the cross-border transfer (Article 12 of 152-FZ).
4. The consent is valid until it is withdrawn by the Subject. The Subject may at any time opt out of receiving messages and withdraw this consent:
- by using the "unsubscribe" link in an e-mail;
- by sending a statement to the e-mail: afinogenova.to@yandex.ru.
5. Withdrawing this consent does not affect the processing of the Subject's personal data for other purposes (including handling a request sent earlier and performing a contract).
6. To send advertising messages, the Operator may engage mailing service providers acting on its instructions (Part 3 of Article 6 of 152-FZ).
7. The Subject confirms that they have read the Personal Data Processing Policy at маркетинговое-агентство.online/legal/privacy.
