Consent to the processing of personal data

An individual (hereinafter — the Subject), by sending a request on the website маркетинговое-агентство.online through the “Send a request” form, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity and that they have reached the age of 18, gives their consent (hereinafter — the Consent) to the processing of their personal data to the Operator:

on the following terms.

1. The Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without and with the use of automation.

2. The Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of the Subject. The Operator does not request special categories of personal data or biometric personal data and asks that such information not be entered in the free-text field:

• name;
• phone number and (or) e-mail address;
• information the Subject voluntarily enters in the task (message) description field;
• IP address, browser and device information (User-Agent), the date and time of the request and the address of the page it was sent from — data collected automatically when a request is submitted and used solely to make the form work technically and to protect against spam. For web analytics purposes (Yandex Metrica), this data is processed only where separate consent to the use of cookies has been given.

3. Purpose of processing personal data: reviewing and handling the Subject's request, contacting the Subject about the request, advising the Subject, and preparing and concluding a service contract.

4. The following actions are performed with personal data during processing: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; updating (renewal, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

5. Personal data is processed with the involvement of the following parties acting on the Operator's instructions for the purpose stated in clause 3 (Part 3 of Article 6 of 152-FZ):

• the hosting provider (hosting of the site and the database on a server in the Russian Federation).

6. Personal data is processed until the purpose of processing stated in clause 3 is achieved or until the Subject withdraws the Consent. The data is subject to destruction within a period not exceeding 30 days: from the date the purpose of processing is achieved (Part 4 of Article 21 of 152-FZ) or from the date the withdrawal of the Consent is received, if retaining the data is no longer required for the purposes of processing (Part 5 of Article 21 of 152-FZ) — unless there is another legal ground for continuing the processing.

7. The Consent may be withdrawn by the Subject or their representative at any time by sending the Operator a written statement to the postal address given at the beginning of the Consent, or an electronic statement to afinogenova.to@yandex.ru.

8. If the Consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue processing personal data without consent where the grounds set out in Clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of 152-FZ apply.

9. This Consent is valid from the day it is given until the purpose of processing stated in clause 3 is achieved, or until it is withdrawn by the Subject under clause 7.

10. The Subject confirms that they have read the Policy on the processing of personal data published at маркетинговое-агентство.online/legal/privacy, and that the personal data they have provided is accurate.
